Tender Notice [17-JAN-12]

Sealed tenders are hereby invited by the Divisional Forest Officer, Non-Timber Forest Produce Division, A.T. Mukherjee Road, Hakimpara, P.O. Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal for the project works as mentioned below. The sealed tender should be project wise and each project will be treated as a separate works.

Tender documents shall consist of “Tender Notice and Tender form which will be issued from the Office of the Undersigned on payment of Rs. 1200/- (Rs one thousand two hundred only) for each Project. The application for tender forms should be submitted to the Undersigned along with credentials, certificates, Income Tax and VAT clearance; other wise tender form will not be issued in any case.

The sealed cover containing the tender should be submitted through Registered Post only and is to be superscribed with the Tender and addressed to the Undersigned by name with his Official designation only and reach this office on or before 27^th January, 2012 (4 pm) after which no tender will be received. The tender so received will be opened by the Undersigned in presence of the tenderer or their representatives 1(one for each tenderer). The Tender documents will be available for sale from the Office of the Range Officer, Attached Forest Range Officer and Siliguri Range Officer, NTFP Division between 17.1.2012 to 24.1.2012 (01.00 pm to 04.00pm) and will be open on 27.01.2012 at 4.00pm. Tender Paper could also be downloaded from www.ntfpwestbengal.in (download section). During submission of tender paper downloaded from website, value of the tender paper Rs. 1200/- (Rs one thousand two hundred only) for each project to be deposited by DD payable in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Non-Timber Forest Produce Division, Siliguri.

The acceptance of the tender work-order and payment are subject to the approval of the Conservator of Forests, hill Circle and Government order and availability of fund
