We use finest Raw Skin in our manufacturing unit and pass it through various modern tanning process to give it a unique look.

We are committed to provide excellent quality of leather to our clients, to be used in the production of various leather goods. In our unit, the raw material undergoes through a multistage manufacturing process. Three main stages of this process are :

Preparatory Stage : This stage includes operations like soaking, Preservation, Liming, Unhairing, Fleshing, Splitting, Reliming, Bating, Degreasing, Bleaching and pickling.

Tanning : This stage includes conversion of protein of raw skin into the Stable material, to make it suitable for use in various industries.

Crusting : In this stage of the process, the skin is thinned, retanned and lubricated. This stage includes operations like wetting, sammying, splitting, shaving, dyeing, stuffing, fixation, etc.

All these processes are carried out properly and in presence of enzymes such as proteases, Lipases, Amylases. These enzymes help in fast processing of leather.
