Infrastructure

We have a well established and time tested infrastructure, which is spread in a vast area. It consists of a big manufacturing unit, which is equipped with latest technology based machines. Manufacturing Process

We are committed to provide excellent quality of leather to our clients, to be used in the production of various leather goods. In our unit, the raw material undergoes through a multistage manufacturing process. Three main stages of this process are

Preparatory Stage:

This stage includes operations like soaking, Preservation, Liming, Unhairing, Fleshing, Splitting, Reliming, Bating, Degreasing, Bleaching and pickling.

Tanning:

This stage includes conversion of protein of raw skin into the Stable material, to make it suitable for use in various industries.

Crusting:

In this stage of the process, the skin is thinned, retanned and lubricated. This stage includes operations like wetting, sammying, splitting, shaving, dyeing, stuffing, fixation etc.

All these processes are carried out properly and in presence of enzymes such as proteases, Lipases, Amylases. These enzymes help in fast processing of leather.

Team

We have a team of qualified Chemical experts along with experienced Beam house Workers and Buffing area workers, who have achieved expertise and excellence in their operational area. These workers are very well acquainted with the machineries of the unit, which help them in achieving desired targets. We owe our team for its dedicated approach and co-operation, which helped us to reach our present position.

We regularly organize training session for the workers, to keep them updated with the latest market trends and newer technologies. Operating in the leather industry, we take proper care of the health status of our workers, by providing them totally hygienic and safe environment to work.
