Kaeser manufactures refrigeration dryer starting from 21cfm flow rate to 3200 cfm. Dew point can be achieved up to +3 degree celcius PDP in referigeration dryer. The dryers made in Germany are very energy efficient & reduces the power to a zero when there is no load in the plant.

The dryers are also available with the compressors as attached to save the space & piping between compressor & dryer.

Compressed air filters from Kaeser Kompressoren are ideally suitable for compressors & air dryers. It ensures dependable compressed air treatment & exceptional efficiency. Kaeser supplies Microfilters as follows :

Micro Filters : It ranges starting from 20 cfm flow rate to 8760 cfm - pressure upto 48 Bar. These are available upto 0.1 micron, 0.001 oil aerosoles and 0.003 oil vapours

Centrifugal Separators : These are used for removal of liquid condensate. It's range starts from 70 cfm flow rate to 2825.6 cfm - pressure upto 16 Bar.

Sterile Filter : These are used for application that require bacteria free compressed air, such as food & pharmaceutical industries.

Air receivers are available horizontally and vertically as per the customer requirement. These are manufactured in India only as per in accordance with ASME section VIII Division 1 design code. Material of construction for shell and dish end will be IS 2002 Grade 2 or SA 516 Grade 60/70.

Recievers are supplied with internally coated with bituminus / zinc, all accessories like - safety valve, pressure gauge with syphon, manual / auto drain and a flexible connection for cleaning purpose.
