Pressure Sand Filter

We are offering pressure sand filters in which the raw water having a high suspended solids and turbidity is passed through the layers of graded quartz silex and the treated water is free from suspended solids and turbidity. These find their application in the process industries and chemical industries as pre filter for further chemical treatment of the water and at public health system and swimming pool filtration.

Activated Carbon Filter

We are offering activated carbon filters in which water having abnormal taste, odor and color is passed through activated charcoal where due to adsorption properties of the charcoal, contaminations related to the taste, odor and color are removed. Our carbon filters find their application in potable water filtration system, in the process industries where water is to be pre filtered for further chemical treatment such as softening and demineralizing.

Water Softener

We are offering water softeners which works by passing the raw and hard water through a sodium based cation resin where the hardness related Calcium and Magnesium ions are replaced with the sodium ions of the resin and the treated water coming out is of commercial zero hardness. Our water softeners are used in all the process industries where water of low or zero hardness is required for the process such as in textiles, as feed water for boilers and cooling towers.

Water Demineralizers

In our water demineralizers, the raw water having a high concentration of total Dissolved Salts is passed through a hydrogen based cation resin where all the positive ions of the water are replaced with hydrogen ions from the resin. Thus the water coming out is free from all the unwanted positive ions. The water which is treated is of high purity with zero hardness and negligible total dissolved salts. These demineralizers are applied in various industries such as textiles, food, fine chemicals, electroplating and pharmaceuticals.

Ultra Violet Sterilizer

We offer ultra violet sterilizers in which water having large number of pathogenic bacteria is passed through ultra violet radiation, the exposure of UV rays to the water Kills bacteria without effecting the physical and chemical properties if the water.

Reverse Osmosis

We are offering to our clients reverse osmosis which is used in desalination of sea water and making ultra pure water for pharmaceuticals and packaged drinking water. These use spiral wound membranes mounted in high pressure containers. The spiral winding provides a very high surface area for transfer. Between each membrane layer is a mesh separator that allows the permeate (pure) water to flow.

We are offering effluent treatment plants, or sewage treatment plants which are widely used in large colonies, Hotels, Hospitals and institutions / commercial buildings. These effluent treatment plants, or sewage treatment plants can further polish through Tertiary treatment with Filtration plant, Activated Carbon Filter and Softeners to produce clean, clear and hardness free water for reuse in the industries for Cooling Tower make up or gardening purpose. Our Effluent Treatment Plants / Sewage Treatment Plants can treat up to 100000 Liters/day of effluent / sewage.

Peripheral Drive Clarifiers

These rotate through a specially designed central pivotal heavy duty slewing ring bearing. A number of blades are arranged in a formation simulating scraping action equal in effect to continuous parabolic blade. Every blade is free to hinge and ride at right angles to the tank flow and is able to swivel at its centre to flow the contours of the tank floor at any angle.

Central Drive Clarifiers

These are fitted with a sturdy drive arrangement which consists of roller bearings Twin (Double) Scraper arm sweeps the floor twice in one revolution and are designed to cover the entire floor area to ensure complete and efficient sludge removal. We have provided additional scraper blades are provided in the central sludge hopper so as to prevent any possible sludge deposition there. Inlet (FEED) is well designed to efficiently disperse water without creating undue turbulence in the settling tank.

Low Speed Aerator

It is the heart of an activated sludge process which provides oxygen to the living organisms. In order provide oxygen efficiently, the aeration device must not only be capable of transferring oxygen from the atmosphere to the liquid, but must also distribute the oxygen through the bulk of the liquid to the micro-organisms. It should also keep the sludge in suspension, and most important and should provide complete intimate and uniform mixing of the liquid. Only by performing both the mixing and aerating functions equally well will efficient treatment be obtained.

High Speed Aerator

We are offering high speed aerator in which liquid is drawn through the core at high velocity with the high-speed rotation of the impeller. The liquid hits the deflector and produces an area of high intensity spray diffusion thus creating a large and continuous air/water interface for oxygen.

Diffused Aeration

We offer diffused aeration equipment which follows two basic methods of aerating wastewater by introducing air or pure oxygen into the waste water with submerged diffusers or other aeration devices for agitating waste water mechanically so as to promote solution of air from the atmosphere. A diffused air system consists of diffusers submerged in the waste water, header pipes, air mains and the blowers and apertures through which the air passes.
