Infrastructural Facilities
Our manufacturing unit is constructed in an area of 30,000 sq. ft and total plant area cover of 5600 sq. mt. of area. We are capable of making castings ranging from 2 grams to 50 kg, with the help of our well-oiled machining facility, heat treatment shop, quality control and testing facility. Our Laboratory
We have a well equipped lab that has the different instruments & tools both destructive & non-destructive testing of material. Our chemistry lab has all the facilities for conducting spark emission, carbon, optical emission, sulfur and various other facilities. We also have a lab for mechanical testing where we conduct different test like tensile test, heat treatment and hardness tests.

Conforming to the international standards and parameters, our products are high on all the three aspects that are: performance, durability and utility. Starting with the initial stage of procuring the raw materials, our quality check process also begins there. The raw materials used by us are: CF3 CF8 CF3M CF8M WCB LCB CA15 CA40 EN3, EN8 EN9 EN16 CD4MCU NICKLE BASE, COBALT BASE, all Carbon & low alloy steels, chromium, nickel, stainless steel, aluminum (LM6,LM12), copper and gun metal.
All the processes or stages from wax pattern to castings are stringently monitored to detect flaws if any. We also conduct tolerance tests in accordance with IS 11166 1993 Class 2 specifications. Our quality control procedures include: |
