Sunsheetal: This is a heat reflective paint that can withstand temperatures up to 120oC and it controls heat transfer by re-radiation of solar heat. This results in reduction of heat gain within the premises and consequently results in lower air conditioning cost.
Ceracoat (HT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 1800oC. Application of Ceracoat (HT) improves heat energy transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load in less time as compared to uncoated refractory walls. This results in energy saving. Ceracoat (HT) may be applied in kilns, reheat furnaces, annealing furnaces and heat treatment furnaces with significant savings in energy costs. We can provide pay-back calculations to prove energy savings.
