A perfect quadrilateral is built around the vehicle. The measuring heads initially positioned in the corners of said quadrilateral move automatically to the front of the wheel targets, when the system is started. After about 7 seconds, the front and rear direct angles are measured and visualized, such as: toe-in, toeout, camber and thrust angle. A innovative system of sensors automatically insures the longitudinal and transversal levelling of the lift at any working height. As many as 8 measurements per second with an accuracy of 0,005° (five thousends of a degree) allow the most accurate and quickest adjustment of the vehicle. 3 different program tests are available, to satisfy the different needs of the customers:

Data Bluetooth® transmission allows maximum mobility between different working positions, also when using electronic turning plates, thanks to the absence of cables and any fix structure. The availability of unique accessories, light measuring heads and the possibility to perform the run-out compensation without lifting the vehicle, make of these models the ideal wheel aligners for the most demanding customers. Equipped with 22" TFT colour monitor. Capability to use electronic turning plates, as requested by some car manufacturers for the automatic reading of maximum steering. The keyboard is installed on a drawer to avoid damage when not used.
Adjustment instructions are given by means of an animated and detailed 3D graphic. The program for run-out Any Position, makes it possible to have an automatic compensation of the run-out, regardless of the angular wheel position before measuring. A special Spoiler Program is automatically activated, through a simplified practical procedure, to perform the measurements on sport and tuned car bodies. With two front measuring heads equipped with 4 CCD sensors and two rear infra red transmitters, TD5040T makes it possible to carry out a quick and precise measurement of all steering angles on the front axle, or with two operations on front and rear axles to measure all related angles. Thanks to the long reading distance of the measuring heads, by repeating this operation it is also possible to measure the angles on vehicles with three or more axles or steering axles. All the characteristic angles of both vehicle axles are controlled by means of four measuring heads with 4 CCD sensors and infra-red transmission. The light measuring heads and absence of connection cables make the system very easy to use. The keyboard with remote-control function provides total "on vehicle" operation so the control unit only needs to be used at the start and end of test. The wheeled control unit houses the data processing and management computer, the printer (color ink jet A4 format) and the high- resolution monitor. Special supports on the side of the control unit permit housing and recharging the measuringhead batteries when these are not used. Big wheels for easy movement inside the workshop.
