The use is simple and fully automatic, thanks to two large liquid crystal displays and the function keys.

To achieve perfect inflation it is simply a matter of keying in the required pressure and pressing a button: the compressor inflates the tyre to the correct value while a second display monitors every step of the process.

Nitrogen generators

The nitrogen generator SNG requires only compressed air for functioning.

It produces a nitrogenenriched mixture at low costs and it allows the amortization of the device in a short time (while the cost of nitrogen cylinders is high).

Nitrogen is produced autonomously when actually needed, eliminating the need for storage and handling nitrogen bottles.

Nitrogen is less chemically reactive than compressed air, it has less fugacity and is less sensitive to temperature variation, and it can therefore keep the best tyre pressure for a much longer time.

Tyre inflation with a nitrogenenriched gaseous mixture enables:

• the reduction of tyre or inner tube overheating and the avoidance of possible blasts;
• the avoidance of oxidation and rust on the rim and of tyre cracks or loss of elasticity;
• improvement of tyre performance, while keeping tyre pressure unchanged in time, resulting therefore in a reduced consumption of tread and fuel.
