Surface Preparation:

All surface must be firm, rigid, clean, dry, sound and smooth. All grease, wax, oil, curing compounds, dust, plaster droppings and paint must be removed prior to the application of the adhesive.

Directions to Use:

• Mixing ratio: 3:1 (approx. 7.5 kg of water plus 25 kg of powder)
• Pour a suitable amount of water into a clean container and slowly add the powder into water constant stirring until the lump-free mixture is achieved. Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes. Then re-stir and the product is ready to use
• Apply the adhesive onto the prepared substrate using the notched trowel. Do not spread more than 1 m² at time. Only apply as much adhesive as can be covered prior to adhesive skinning over. The adhesive must not be disturbed for at least 24 hours at which time grounting can take place
• Press tiles onto the prepared substrate and use the correct cross spacer to control joints

Dosage:

• Use 3x3 mm notched trowel, approx. 1.5-1.8 kg/m²
• Use 6x6 mm notched trowel, approx. 2.8-3.0 kg/m²

The above mentioned dosages are recommended for even the substrate
Precautions:

• Do not mix the cured adhesive with water and reuse it
• Before using NPK-C1 on concrete, cement render, ensure that the wall is well fastened and stands well
• Do not use the product with the temperature below 5°C or above 40 ° c.
• For the tiles ans tones with low water absorption, using NPK-C1 mixing with NIC-C3 or directly use NIC-C6
• When laying tiles on the floor it is necessary to ensure that there are no voids under the tiles and the tiles are fully supported by the adhesive

• The surface should be dry, clean and free oil stain and other loose substance
• The surface should have a higher strength , with a basic evenness and vertically

Directions to use:

• Mix the adhesive powder with water ata ratio of 25:8-9 to be lump-free mixture, then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, re stir again. The product is now ready to use
• Use a notched apply to trowel the adhesive onto the substrate, with an area of 1 m² each time, then trowel a thin-layer adhesive on the back of tiles and fill up adhesive to the grout joints. Then paste tiles onto the substrate press and make it firm

Dosage: Use 383 mm notched trowel, approx. 2-2.5kg/m²

Surface Preparation:

All surface should be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and other loose contamination materials. It can also used directly onto the old tiles and for light weight bathroom accessories applications.

Directions to Use:

• Mixing ratio 3:1 (approx. 7.5 kg of water plus 25 kgs of NPK-C6). Allow the mixture to stand for 5-10min (Re stirred when necessary)
• Spread NPK-C6 onto the substrate evenly using the correct notched trowel. Do not spread more than 1 m² at a time. Press the stone or marble rightly onto the substrate
• For tiles with deep grooves or ridges, the adhesive should be buttered onto the back of the tiles in addition to trowel onto the substrate
• It can be used rightly onto the old tiles
