Our experts manufacture Corrugation Fin Machine as per the set international quality standards. It consists of hydraulic bending, shear cutting unit and a swivel feed-in table that is accurately mounted on the frame which is made of steel and is formed by two main walls. the inner fin oil ducts width, length and height is determined by the metal sheet around the vertical core fin plate. By means of integrated knives, the finished formed transformer panel is separated from the coil section in the shear cutting unit.

Our H.A. Pattern Fin Machine produces fin tube without tube connector. It is possible for us to produce big size tube by changing tube chuck and hence the machines are not needed to stop the machine to connect the tubes. As every part of the of system are linked each other and can be automatically driven by pushing the "Start Button", highly skilled operators are not needed. Our machine posses uniform welding quality because of automatic adjustment welding power which is dependent on the welding speed
