Factory InfrastructureWe can carry out following reactions in our facilities. Acetylation Frieldel crafts acylation Catalytic Reduction Grignard Reactions Oxidation Phase Transfer Catalyst Reaction Esterification Halogenation Condensation Nitration High Vacuum Distillation Our facility covers 2300 Square yards of land. The main production building that supports a very flexible manufacturing base with utilities like chilling plant, boiler, steam ejectors, hot oil circulation, cooling towers etc., permit the handling of a broad range of bulk active ingredients and intermediates. The production facilities includes stainless steel reactors from 300 lts to 4000 lts capacities with heat exchangers and Glass lined reactors with all glass heat exchangers from 1000 lts to 4000 lts capacities & various sizes of tanks, centrifuges, driers and multi mill, sifter and etc. The company has got generator as a stand by, incase of power failure.
