Mica Blocks

Mica blocks offered by us are pieces that are sorted out and those having area larger than 1" sq. and up and thickness of 7 mils and up are offered as mica blocks. These are irregular in shapes and are available in grade 4 to special grade with thickness ranging from .006” to .016” (the minimum thickness of block Mica is 6 mils). Natural Mica Thins

Splittings

Mica splitting tapes offered by us are made by bonding splittings with resins and supporting material like glass cloth, polyester film & polyester non-woven cloth. These are mainly used for insulation on high voltage electric motor, reactor & high voltage generator for power plant. Mica Scrap

These are irregular lumps of mica that are received from mines having an area between 1/2" and 1 1/2" sq. The superior grade mica scrap offered by us is obtained during processing of crude mica as well as in the involved punching applications that are used to manufacture mica bricks for heat insulation.
