Under the able guidance of our owner Mr. Abrar Alam Khan, we have acquired the status of an established manufacturer and exporter of various leather products and finished leather. The owner has an extensive experience of 9 years in the industry, which enables us to cater to the diversified requirements of our clients.
 
Our company was incepted in the year of 1999. Since then, we are providing various fancy finished leathers such as cow, buffcalf, buffalo, split and hairon leathers. All these leathers find wide application in the manufacture of bags & wallets, shoes, hard goods, fancy belts and carpets.
 
The range of our products can be customised as per client’s specifications on various parameters including color and pattern. We are supported by a dexterous team of personnel who possess rich industrial expertise. They manage our work shop and tannery, enabling smooth production of our leather products.

Our leather manufacturing process comprises of three main steps namely preparatory stages, tanning & crusting. In the preparatory stages, hide/skin is prepared for the tanning by various processes such as soaking, liming, unhairing, fleshing and many others.
 
This hide/skin undergoes through tanning process, which converts it into a stable material that does not putrefy and can be used for different end applications. Depending on the application in which the product is used in, we use different materials for tanning. Then the hide/skin goes through the processes of finished pickling and basification.
 
Lastly, this skin/hide goes thorough crusting stage. In this stage it is thinned, retanned & lubricated. The operation of coloring is also a part of this stage. Crusting may include various processes such as wetting back, splitting, dyeing, filling, whitening, fixating, drying, conditioning and many others. We also apply surface coating to some leathers.

 
We possess a well equipped tannery, in which we tan various skins and hides. It is spread over an area of 2000 square feet and has the installed capacity of 1,00,000 units. Trhe unit is integrated with various machines such as:

• Burnishing machine
• Brushing machine
• Finish machine

 
These machines work 24x7 to meet the production schedules and give great finish to our leathers. We follow conventional process to manufacture leather in our tannery.
