And with a two cavity mould a capacity of one semi automatic lines goes up to 3,00,000 components / years. With only three - four person per shift. Bed size of the press is 1,88 x 2,500 mm. Which enables manufacturing of components of large size or operate with twin cavity moulds. wood-stock sheets are extruded in a sheet form from a mix of thermoformable polypropylene and wood flour.
