A unique and highly approved emulsion of high quality, for cleaning and desensitising the non image areas of plate and for overall conditioning of plate for sharper print results.

It is also very useful in cleaning and making the stored plates ready to recommence press run. On the press, apply plate conditioner directly to the plate and even a single application will be adequate enough for removing unwanted ink and scum and preventing oxidation. Its approved formula helps in making the non image areas water receptive and the image areas ink receptive, for better halftones results.

A FAST AND SURE WAY TO REPAIR LOW SPOTS ON BLANKETS IN NON FLAMMABLE GEL FORM. IT SAVES PRECIOUS PRESS TIME, AS AFTER ITS APPLICATION PRINTING CAN BE RECOMMENCED IMMEDIATELY.

Direction for use :

Apply the gel with brush or Cotton bud to the affected area and wait for 30 seconds or more depending on the depth of the depression, wash off with a damp cloth and restart printing.

Caution :

Avoid prolonged contact with skin as it may produce irrigation. Incase of contact just wash with plenty of plain water immediately.

A new concept in blanket washes. It cleans and rejuvenates rubber surface for optimum print performance. Its special ingredients ensure longer life of BLANKTES by keeping its surface smooth and glaze free.

Directions for use :

Apply to the blanket and clean with some pressure to remove ink film. If necessary, repeat the process to remove stubborn glaze and hardened ink.

Damper Cleaner is a specially formulated and ready to use detergent for cleaning the damping rollers by hand and machine. Damper Cleaner removes all ink residue, grease, gum and dirt from the damper cover, At the same time the damper cover is rejuvenated.

Directions for use :

Apply Damper Cleaner directly to the areas to be cleaned according to the degree of dirtiness. Wash off with water using gentle scrubbing action, till the water runs clean

It is a specially formulated and refined solution of selected raw gum arabic with density of 15 Be'. It contains a preservative which ensures a long shelf life.

Mix the coating gum solution in 1:0.5 proportion with our sensitiser liquid, i.e 1 ltr. Coating Gum with 500 ml. Sensitiser liquid.

DEVELOPER

It is a slow speed developer to suit the above COATING GUM development, having a density of 42 Be' . On request we can supply a faster developer also.

DEEP ETCH

It is ready to use solution for CONTROLLED ETCHING on aluminium plates. Its cupric content imparts on ideal base for Lacquer to settle.

LACQUER

It is a special formulation of non - blinding synthetic lacquer have controlled drying rate. It becomes more toughened when heat dried.

DEVELOPING INK

A guaranteed formulation of non - drying ink to protect the lacquer film on the plate.

A wonderful product specially formulated for printers. It thoroughly cleans even extremely dirty hands off printing inks and greasy dirt. It is absolutely non aggressive, non toxic and does not contain any abrassive. Despite excellent cleaning effect, It is absolutely safe and renders skin supple and soft

Directions of use : Rub your hands with adequate Kleen Hand Cream evenly and wash with water to get hygenically clean hands. Incase water is not available you can simply wipe away with cotton waste or cloth. Kleen Hand Cream works out to be safe and very economical, as very little quantity is required.

t is a one step coating solution, used by conventional method for coating MF Plate in a whirler. As compared to Watrer & Gum Deep Etch, it is a simple process, which gives away to all the chemicals, required in Water & Gum Deep Etch process. It saves inventory to carry all the stock of the deep etch chemistry, saves time (comparatively 60% faster than the deep etch process).

• New PS Coating is more health friendly as it has less odour. It is more safe as its evaporation rate is slower. It requires heating & air circulation in the whirler (Temp 130 C) It requires more time to dry the plate.

A homogenous milky white emulsion for general purpose P.S.PLATE CLEANING applications P.S.P. CLEANER is used for washing away ink from the plates before storage procedure and during rountine plate cleaning work. To get maximum result use on wet plate.

Directions for use :

Shake the container well before use and apply P.S.P. Cleaner with a cloth or sponge , wash off with water and continue printin

Specia cleaning paste for total cleaning and conditioning of ink rollers on the press. Its deglazing property will ensure complete removal of hard engrained ink and other residue. Its soft consistancy means it will spread easily and quickly. Also recommended for use when changing form dark to light colour.

Direction for use :

Wash up first with normal wash, Apply Roller Paste with a pallet knife to the top rollers and then allow the machine to idle for a short period (3 to 5 mins) to ensure a good distribution of the paste through the rollers. Then wash off with a normal wash.

Complete range of water process chemicals, indigenously made and tested for optimum results. Based on water soluble synthetic resin, this syatem overides many limitations of Gum Deep Etch Syatem.

COATING SOLUTION

It is a ready to use Coating Solution with a shelf life over 3 months. Coat in a whirler at 75 r.p.m and controlled temperature of around 45 C. In controlled storing conditions the coated plate can be stored up to 60 hours. Exposure time depends on light source.

COLOURANT

It is used to improve image visibility. After developing the exposed plate in running water, drain off excess water. Apply colourant with a cotton wad or sponge over the entire surface.

WET ETCH

With the plates still wet after applying Colourant, wipe off excess water with squeegees and pour Wet Etch. Fumeless and fast working it deep etches the image within 2 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water. For extra long press runs, dry the plate and etch with Deep Etch Solution.

PRE STENCIL REMOVER

With 1 to 5 litres of 'B' (liquid) appropriate quantity of 'A' (powder) is packed. Dissolve the powder completely in the liquid. Pour this solution and work up a sponge. The stencil softens and turns yellow, so removal becomes easy.

STENCIL REMOVER

Rinse thoroughly. Pour adequate of Stencil Remover and work over with a soft nylon brush. Along with the removal of the stencil, it desensitises the non image areas too. Repeat Pre-Stencil Remover and Stencil Removal.
