Quality of the product is always gained by the combination of several effecting important factors such as Raw Material procurement, Factory layout, Production, Storing of Finished products, Packing and Dispatch, for which we pay special attention to all these factors adopting GMP, in such a manner, due to which factory remains in a sanitized, Hygienic Condition, standardized as per today's international requirements for a Food Manufacturing Unit.
For producing quality products, latest imported technology equipments are installed specially for cleaning of goods for Eliminating Impurities and foreign materials, which is an important factor affecting the Quality.
Some of our cleaning line includes BUHLER'S-Sortex's Auto Color Sorter used for sorting of goods without contaminating it instead of Conventional Manual Sorting; also Sortex's Precision Air Classifier is used for mainly removing Heavy Impurities (such as Stones, glass, wood etc), Metal Detector of Goering Kerr, and Magnets of Goudsmit for detecting of Ferrous and Non-ferrous particles.
Our in-house Laboratory for analyzing the Physical, Chemical and Microbiological parameters installed with the latest technology equipments such as The Laminar floor, Microscope, Colony counter, Colory Meter, Auto clave, PH Meter, Distillation Plant, etc. is the utmost requirement of a food manufacturing unit, which secures nearly the biggest part of our quality side.
For further satisfaction of customer's and ourselves we also provide examination reports by 3rd party inspection such as SGS, QSS, GEO-CHEM etc. or by any other reliable agencies you prefer for each consignments. Pre-shipment samples shall also be provided on request.
Supplies are very prompt throughout the year due to vast production capacity and sanitized In-house ware housing facility to store nearly 500 m.tons of finished product at a time.

Manufacturing Process
Peeling: Thus these graded mature fresh best quality onions are brought at the manufacturing unit for topping & tailing for Slicing of Onions.
Peeling & Slicing: Thus Topped and tailed Raw Onions are then brought in the Slicing section to further peel off the topmost layer of the skin. The Peeled onions are then moved to the Slicer by the means of an Elevator to slice the onion bulbs in slices of 4-5 mm slices for Dehydration process.
Air Drying Process (Continuous Dryers): Then these Sliced onions are moved on the Feeding belt of the Dryer and gradually these sliced onions move on the 5 SS belts of the Continuous Dryer, and after a period of 3.5 hours the dried slices are out of the Dryer with a left over Moisture content of 10-12 %. These dried Onions slices are then further dried into Bin dryers to remove the moisture to 6 %.
Grading Section: These Dried Onion slices with a Moisture content of 6 5 are then brought into the Air conditioned room for cooling and grading them, i.e, breaking the whole slices into Flakes / Kibbled, and separating them from unwanted un dried Chips, skin, and leftover powder.
Sorting Section: Then these flakes / kibbled onions are brought into the Sorting Section for manual sorting to remove the unwanted black particles or any foreign bodies. After manual sorting these Flakes / kibbled are further moved to the Auto colour Sortex machine to further confirm that there are no more unwanted colored particles other than Onions.
Metal Detecting & Weighing-Sealing: Then these flakes / kibbled onions are then passed through heavy rare magnets and Metal Detector to remove the Ferrous & Non-Ferrous particles, as Iron, Steel, Copper, Silver, Bronze, etc… Then further packed in Food grade polythene bags and weighed as per the customers requirements and then sealed.
Finished Goods & Final Packing: Further these polythene packed bags are stored in a room temperature of 15-20’ for final Packing into Paper Bags & Cartons as required by the customers requirements, and then stuffed into containers at the factory premises to avoid any mishandling and damage of the goods.
