Set up in 1988, by Mr. Navneet Jain, NVR Forgings is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of forging components and lubricants that are used for various industrial purposes.
Our range includes steel spanners, carbon steel vices, adjustable pliers, flat nose pliers, combination plier, regular oil cans, ball peen hammer, cross peen hammer, hobby planer, scraper, bavel square, automotive lubricants and grease gun.

Under the leadership, guidance and motivation of our mentor, we have successfully developed these products which are widely demanded in the industry. Keeping a thrust on technology and innovation all our products are used for various forging processes and have been accordingly made so that they serve the purpose better. Our production unit includes a fully equipped machine shop with continuous hardening & tempering facilities, precision broaching of teeth, belt grinders for fine mirror polishing saw raw steel transforming into finished tools of international quality. We have also installed various safety devices for safeguarding the life of our workforce working in our production unit. All these components are devised after consultation with all departmental heads and technical experts.

We have a spacious warehouse which is spread in a wide area and has temperature controlled environment. All our warehousing activities is looked after by warehouse experts. Our storehouse is located just behind the the production unit. Right from storing of raw materials to finished products each and every product can be easily stored. We also have various material handling devices for easy moving and careful handling of our products within the warehouse. All our products are stacked properly so that they can be located with ease.

We have a team of professionals like management experts, skilled and unskilled personnel, quality analysts as well as R&D experts who are competent in their job and have complete product and market knowledge. Our experienced technical associates prepare a rough draft and after its approval by all the production engineers production process starts. Each and every minutest detail is taken into consideration while preparing the design of these tools and components.
