It is useful clear plastic that resembles to glass in many ways. Common brand of acrylic include polycast, lucite and plexiglass.

Acrylic is used to make various products such as shower doors, bath enclosures, windows and skylights. It is chosen over glass for many reasons. It is many times stronger than glass, making it much more impact resistant. Arylic also insulates better than glass potentially saving from heating bills.

Glass Epoxy or polyepoxide is a thermosetting polymer formed from reaction of an epoxide "resin" with polyamine "hardener". Glass epoxy has a wide range of applications, including fiber-reinforced plastic materials and general purpose adhesives.

In general, glass epoxies are known for their excellent adhesion, chemical and heat resistance, good-to-excellent mechanical properties and very good electrical insulating properties. Many properties of epoxies can be modified (for example silver filled epoxies with good electrical conductivity are available, although epoxies are typically electrically insulating). Variations offering high thermal insulation, or thermal conductivity combined with high electrical resistance for electronics applications, are available.

Our organization is engaged in offering qualitative range of HDPEproducts. HDPE products are more preferred because they are more durable and more importantly they are much safer compared to steel or PVC.

In comparison with unfilled nylon 6, mos2 improves sliding properties at slightly higher compressive strength, uv-radiation resistance is enhanced by its black colour. It has also improved wear resistance and lower surface friction than unfilled nylon 6. Moisture absorption is also a bit lower.

Polyetheretheketone (peek) is a highly crystalline thermoplastic with outstanding chemical & temperature resistance (use temperature 250°c). Due to its unique blend of properties peek finds numerous applicationsin most demanding hi-tech industries. It is used in making gears, seals, valve seats, bushes & bearings, distribution valves, insulation materials, scrap blades, compressorvanes, chip carriers, thrust washers where conventional material like nylon, teflon etc. Can not be used because of higher loads combined with higher operating temperature. Glass, carbon, graphite filled & bearing grades are available.

Acetal is a semicrystalline thermoplastic and is characterised by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties, unaffected by wet environments. Acetal offers good resistance to a wide range of chemicals including many solvents. As water absorptions is almost nil, dimensional accuracy and stability is higher than that of nylons. Acetal provides high strength and stiffness coupled with easy machineability. Acetal is also noted for its high mechanical strength, heat resistance and good antifriction properties.

Polypropylene is a crystalline polymer noted for excellent chemical resistance. It is used extensively in chemical processing, chemical storage, metal finishing, electroplating, galvanizing industry. It is also used to make engineering components such as nozzles, impellers, pump casing jigs & fixtures. It finds extensive use in orthopaedic, prosthetic devices, semi conductor and clean room industry.

Polypropylene is available in sheets  (1 mm to 100 mm thickness) in extruded rods (16 mm to 300 mm dia of a standard length of 1 mtr ) in welding rods (3 & 5 mm dia. mtr).

It is any polymer consisting of a chain of organic units joined by urethane links. Polyurethane polymers are formed through step growth polymerization by reacting a monomer containing at least two isocynate functional groups with another monomer containing atleast two hydroxyl groups in the presence of catalyst.

Synthetic Resin Bonded Fabric is a cotton cloth laminated sheets are made of cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin by being processed under heat and pressure. In general, srbf are known for their nexcellent adhesion, chemical and heat resistance, good-to-excellent mechanical mproperties and very good electrical insulating properties.

SRBF is available in rods : (6 mm to 200mm in dia. mtr ) in sheets (0. 5mm to 100mm thickness).

Synthetic Resin Bonded Paper Electrical Grade is a paper laminated sheets are made of electric insulating craft paper impregnated with phenolic resin by being processed under heat and pressure.

In general, SRBP are known for their excellent thermal conductivity combined with high electrical application.

Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene sheets are ideal for lining silos, bunkers, chutes, trucks, railway wagons, ship hold etc. It allows good material flow with minimum caking of bulk solids and powder products.
