Team / ManpowerVishvesh is the founder member of O & E Project Management Pvt Ltd. He has a vast experience in Construction Project Management for healthcare, Commercial & Institutional sectors in terms of Design, Quality, Financial & Time Management. Prior the establishment of firm, he was working with Jupiter Lifeline Hospitals Ltd, Thane (Area -4 Lacks Sq ft and Cost – 150 Crore) as a Chief Project Manager and was leading a team of professionals.Earlier to this, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield India as a project Manager and successfully completed the projects like Asian Heart Hospital, BKC, Mumbai.Mr. Pavan Kumar Jain has joined O & E Project Management Private Limited in 2006 as Project Co-Ordinator for the construction of Jupiter Life Line Hospital, Thane (W). He has successfully completed various projects like D’Mart Stores at Versova and Mira Road. Currently he is looking after The Umrao Hospital at Mira road.
