Our Reel Stand Printing Machines is designed in such a way that it provides utmost satisfaction to the operator in operating the unit. The printing units have concept of blanket to blanket printing consisting of two plate and two blanket cylinders, facilitates printing of single colour both side of paper web. Its simple design is widely acceptable to all the customers, both regard to quality level and operating cost. Placing special emphasis on all components, which are vital for printing operations.

Salient Features

• Printing Unit works on blanket to blanket printing basis. The printing cylinders are made from alloy steel and run on hardened and grounded bearers ensuring smooth rolling motion.
• Printing unit available with reel stands as well as separate unit. The stacked unit can be mounted on reel stand, 3 colour unit or on similar units to make it 2 Hi, 3 Hi or 4 hi Configurations for multicolour printing on both sides.

We manufacture Half Page Folders that can be used to print on a wide variety of substrates including paper, paperboard, plastics, glass, metals, fabrics and many other materials.

Salient Features

• Capacity of folder ranges from 15000 cph. to 30000 cph. Webo folders can produce board sheet and tabloid newspapers with optional attachments for magazines and book production.
• Webo folders are designed for quick change over from half page folder to quarter page folder with the help of ¼ fold.
• Webo folders are based on 2: 1 principle.
• Webo folders can handle 4 to 6 webs for production of 16 to 24 pages of broad sheet newspaper.
• Webo Double Nipping, Counter Slitter & Centralized Lubrication are provided in Webo 30 folders.

Our Web Mono unit and 3 Color Satellite Printing Unit carry split cylinders configurations. Each unit consists of common impression cylinder surrounded by three plate and three blanket cylinders having blanket to impression cylinder printing.
One Satellite Printing Unit can print three colors on one side of paper web. it can be attached with single color printing unit for printing of 4 1 color printing i.e you can print 4 colors on one side and single color on the other side of paper web in cut off size ( either 508, 533, 546, 560, 578 mm) or as per your requirement.
