The features of Goyum 1500 are as follow:
- All bodies are fabricated from mild steel.
- Chamber is made of Steel Casting.
- Triple reduction Gearbox fitted with Graded Steel Casted Helical Gears & Alloy Steel Helical Pinions.
- Lubrication system fitted to lubricate all the Bearings and Gears.
- Cake Thickness can be adjusted on running machine.
- Requires less space.
- Very low maintenance.
- Worm Assembly, discharge ring, cone and sliding ring are welded with hard welding rods and grinded to resist wear & tear during oil extraction.
- Main worm shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the Gearbox.
- Rotary joint is fitted for cooling the main worm shaft.
- Power: 3 – Phase Electric Motor of 167 H.P., 1440 R.P.M., 50Hz.
- Inbuilt lifting system has been provided to lift chambers.

Industrial Cooker |

The features of cooker are as under:
- The cooker is supported separately on a fabricated steel structure.
The cooker is divided in five stages using 66” Diameter Steam Jackets for efficient cooking of the seed, nuts or meal.- Pipe fitting contains safety valve, steam traps, pressure gauge, wheel valves and steam spray pipe.
- Aspiration system is also provided to extract excess moisture from the cooking chambers.
- Doors or openings are provided in each section for cleaning and fitting of agitators.
- Indicators are fitted to indicate the level of the seed or meal in all the sections.
- Gear Box: Worm Reduction Gearbox of Vertical Type.
- Power Consumption: 3-Phase 25 HP motor of 1440 RPM.
