| | Corrosion Protection Products | Our Corrosion Protection Liquids includes following listed products: - OKS 2100 Anti-Corrosion Wax Coating: Used for protecting finely machined metal surfaces such as tools, dies, moulds, including plastic injection moulds, spare parts, machines etc. against corrosion during storage and transport, even under industrial atmosphere, tropical climate and marine conditions.
- OKS 2110 Short-Term Corrosion Protection Liquid with Solvent Base for Indoor Applications: They form an excellent corrosion protection for castings, forgings, tools, shafts and other semi-finished and machined parts and components, during temporary storage between machining operations.
- OKS 2140 Long-Term Corrosion Protection Liquid with Solvent Base for Indoor Applications: Used to protect transmissions, hydraulic pistons and cylinders, tools, machines, pipes, equipments etc.
- OKS 2160 Long-Term Corrosion Protection Liquid for Outdoor Applications: Used for protecting dies, valves, forgings, castings, stampings, pipes, fasteners, structurals, machinery, shafts, etc. during storage and shipping in outdoor environments including harsh marine atmospheres and offshore conditions.
- OKS 2600 Heavy Duty Cleaner and Degreaser: Used for cleaning and degreasing metal surfaces before surface treatment, for cleaning of bearings before lubrication, for removing oil, grease, and dirt residues from assemblies etc.
- OKS 360 Oil-Based Heavy-Duty Corrosion Inhibitor: Used for protecting semi-finished and finished machines and components, tools, spares, bearings, shafts, moving parts, spindles etc.; during storage and transport, even in extreme weather like costal and marine atmospheres. They can also be used for protecting plastic injection moulds.
| We offer a wide spectrum of Bonded Coatings like: - OKS 500 - MoS2 Bonded Coating, Heat-Curing: Used as dry lubrication with solid lubricants, as longer effective deposit layer for slow speed and high pressure operations e.g. on ways, joints, ball and socket joints and similar components where occasional movements occur.
- OKS 510 - MoS2 Bonded Coating, Fast-Curing: Used as dry lubricant coating for sliding surfaces operating in dirty / dusty atmospheres. These can also be used for joints and sliding surfaces of earth moving equipment, for the running-in gears etc.
- OKS 511 - MoS2 Bonded Coating Spray: Used as a dry lubricant coating for sliding surfaces operating in dirty / dusty atmospheres. The lubrication of coarse chains and guide ways operating under high loads and exposed to high temperatures can be effectively done.
- OKS 530 - MoS2 Water-Based Bonded Coating, Air-Curing: Used for dry lubrication with solid lubricant as longer effective deposit layer for slow speed and high pressure.
- OKS 536 - Aqueous-Graphite Bonded Coating, Air-Curing: Used as dry lubrication where up to now MoS2 or graphite pastes (staining, oily or harmful to health) or powders (dust) have been used. They can also be used for chain lubrication.
- OKS 589 - MoS2 Bonded Coating, Heat-Curing: Used in those applications where there is a low sliding speed and high surface pressure, for example in levers, slide ways, linear guide systems, spindles etc.
| | | | We offer a varying range of Aerosols as listed below: - OKS 2201 Corrosion Protection Cum Contact Cleaning Spray: Used for corrosion protection of the control panels, printed circuit boards, contacts and other electronic components. Electrical equipments and parts, as a general purpose cleaner of oil, grease, wax and dirt.
- OKS 2211 Corrosion Protection Spray: Used for protecting tools, dies, moulds, machine guide ways, keys, shafts, measuring instruments etc.
- OKS 2511 Zinc Anti-Corrosion Coating: Used in the repair of galvanized or hot dip galvanized surfaces damaged by cutting and machining operations; restoring undercoat and varnish coats damaged by gas welding or arc welding operations; Protection against corrosion of metal surfaces etc.
- OKS 2521 Zinc and Aluminium Gloss Spray: Used for repairing of zinc-coated surfaces which have been damaged by welding, machining or cutting without subsequent painting; 2 fold coating sufficient as corrosion protection even when subject to weathering.
- OKS 2531 Aluminum Metallic Spray: Used in renovation of newly galvanized surfaces which have been damaged by welding or machining, renovation of aluminum rims damaged mechanically (impact of stones) or chemically (spreading salt), as an adhesive corrosion protection.
- OKS 361 Oil-Based Heavy-Duty Corrosion Inhibitor Spray: Used for protecting semi-finished and finished machines and components, tools, spares, bearings, shafts, moving parts, spindles, etc. during storage and transport. They also protect plastic injection moulds.
- OKS 3681 Solvent-Based Heavy-Duty Corrosion Inhibiting Spray: These are the removable coating that provide optimal corrosion protection for metals exposed to indoor as well as outdoor environments.
