Being fully refined & hydrogenated fat of Palm Kernel Oil, it helps in providing a continuous matrix that holds other ingredients & contributes to highly acceptable flavor and aroma prior to consumption. This fat matrix also has firm & dry touch at ambient temperatures and is not greasy or sticky during consumption.

Specifications:

We offer customers Coating Fat 380 that are hydrogenated, refined, bleached and de-odorized Palm Kernel Oil. This is hard butter, bland as well as odorless with outstanding palatability. This coating fat 380 is recommended for biscuits, wafers, nuts as well as for non dairy whipping creams. It also has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing, provided product is stored in original packing in cool, dry and odor free area with ambient temperatures below 20 Degrees and RH 60 % maximum.

Our expertise also lies in successfully meeting the demands of Distilled Fatty Acids. These distilled fatty acids are derived straight from RBD palm, RBD palm stearine and RBD coconut/palm kernel oils. With an 100 % vegetable origin, we can also deliver these in other specifications to choose from.

We offer our customers PKFAD (Palm Kernel Fatty Acid Distillate) that are made available by us in specifications including Total Fatty Matter (TFM) % of 95 min, M& I % of 1 max, FFA (as Lauric) % of 50 min and Iodine Value of 23 max. Further, we can also offer these in other specifications as demanded by the customers.

Refined Glycerine USP offered by us comes with a Glycerol content% of 99.7 min and specific gravity (25 Deg C/25 Deg C) of 1.249 min. With color (ml FeCl3 /50ml) option of 0.4 max, it has chloride content, ppm of 10 max. The other details include:
