About UsIn the year 2002, we established the company and started the business very modestly by setting up two Lathe Machines. In 2005, we install CNC Turning Centers and started producing precision components as per client’s designs.
We are the ISO 9001:2000 certified Manufacturer, specialized in manufacturing CNC Machined Components. We supply Custom Designed Parts & Assemblies for Engineering Applications. We supplies Machined Castings, Machined Forgings and Finished Components from Bar-Stock as per client's designs. We also provide secondary operations such as heat treating, plating, grinding, semi-assembly, etc.
We have CNC Turning & Milling Facility to machine wide range of Components upto 450m.m. Diameter and 550m.m. Length in respect of part’s shape and geometry. The machine-shop is supported by manual programming and various software programs to aid manufacturing. Qualified and Well-Trained Technical Staffs are appointed to ensure the Quality.
Considering to tight schedules of some industrial projects, we can produce and dispatch custom designed parts within 3 to 8 weeks after receiving the order; depending upon material availability. |

Quality Policy / ProcessesWe have adequate Inspection Facility to manage all the inspection process as may be required for the Production. All the Measuring equipments are being calibrated from time to time to ensure strict quality control of the Manufactured Parts.
We also provide PPAP and Quality Control Plan to our valuable customers on their request, prior to undertake production.
We prepare and provide Inspection reports for the supplied parts. These reports can be verified by CMM Reports and can be submitted to the customers upon their demand.
