Leveraging on our vast infrastructure, we are able to manufacture Booster Coils that are used with hot water or steam, with 1 or 2 rows of continuous tubes and return bends. These coils have female-threaded connections provided at the inlet and outlet tube locations, due to manifold headers.

With our expertise in this domain, we are able to manufacture Hot Water coils that are ideal for use with hot water, glycol solutions and steam. With thicker tube wall and stronger brazed joints, these coils feature continuous circuit tubes with return bends, thus, is used if entering water temperature is over 160 F.

The manifold pipe headers of these coils are made of steel or non-ferrous and are sized for minimal pressure loss that ensures durability and trouble-free operations. Further, for ease of operations, these coils are designed with copper tubes and aluminum fins with copper headers.

We are specialized in manufacturing Evaporator Coils that are replacement tube bundles for heat exchanger equipment. Constructed for liquid-to-liquid or steam-to-liquid applications, these coils are ideal for industrial processes and commercial water heating or cooling.

These coils are built from 10- or 20-gauge copper or cupro nickel tubes, carbon steel, or brass tube sheets that are procured from the reliable vendors of the market.
