The design and fabrication is done under strict supervision of a team of qualified and experienced engineers, to ensure long, trouble free and desired performance from the equipment. OMEEL Coils Oil Coolers are offered in two basic types:- SHELL & TUBE : Water Cooled Oil Coolers are widely used in industry where water in reasonably good quality is available at low cost. FIN TUBE : Air Cooled Oil coolers are used where water availability is scarce and expensive. Although this type of coolers requires a higher initial investment than its water-cooled counterpart, maintenance and operating costs are usually low. |

Tube bundles (also known as tube stacks) are designed, manufactured or re-manufactured for both new and existing applications according to customer requirements, including direct replacements for existing units. Our manufacturing versatility enables us to offer single bundles or larger quantities on competitive lead times. Expect longer service life, often at similar or lower cost than the original manufacturer’s unit.
Tubes can be plain, low-finned (internal and/or external) or high-finned (integral or applied fin) with many methods for tubeside/shellside enhancement available.
Tube to tubeplate/tubesheet jointing methods includes roller-expansion (with or without expansion grooves) and/or welding in addition to secondary seals such as grommets, o-rings, hydroscopic and compression seals U-Tube Bundles As is the case with straight tube bundles, we design, manufacture and re-manufacture u-tube bundles for both new and existing applications according to customer requirements.
