Our Welding and Blazing Facilities
Our company has well developed welding and blazing facilities. These welding and blazing works are performed by our skilled workforce. Most of our blazing processes are performed using procedures that are in compliance with industry standard. Moreover, the blazing material, which we use are certified in accordance with ASME. We also provide manual oxygen-acetylene torch brazing.
The welding works which we perform includes the following: - Providing GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) stick welding, electric welding.
- Inspection of welds for complete penetration, full fusion, porosity, and cracks by our quality control unit
- Third party examinations of weld joints, including radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrate examinations can be arranged

Our Manufacturing Unit
We have a well developed manufacturing unit that enables us deliver cost-effective heat transfer products. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with latest machines and equipments which are handled by expert workers. In addition to these, we have Tube machines, which handle 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 7/8" and 1" OD tube sizes. The tubes are straightened and cut to the proper length by this equipment. Furthermore, the tubes are then formed into the shape of a hairpin at one end of the coil by eliminating the need for return bends and the associated brazed or welded joints. We are constantly upgrading our facilities and adding new equipment to our production unit. Owing to such kind of well developed facilities, we are able to deliver quality range of products. |

Quality Assurance
We, being an ISO9001:2008 certified company, check our design, production and operation activities, on the basis of a document quality system. In order to manufacture our range of heat transfer products, we use better quality raw material such as Copper, Aluminum, SS, MS, CS, Cupronickel and Brass. The raw materials used in our coils are high quality, and tubes and pipes are mill certified and meet ASTM/ASME standards. Starting from the procurement of raw material till the packaging of products, every stage of production passes through stringent quality checks in our well developed quality control unit. Our technical team maintains close coordination with the clients to understand how the products will be applied. During the assembly and testing they create designs and designate inspections at critical points. The technical staff is directly involved and available to solve any client queries during the manufacturing process. As each product is assembled the shop personnel examines all components, tubes, fins, brazing, welding, and testing. Our quality controllers use latest equipment to check the quality of our products and these are tested at 300 to 600 PSIG with dry Nitrogen. The products are reviewed and checked at all key stages by our in-house inspectors to ensure that special instructions are followed. Once the unit is completely assembled it receives a final inspection. Moreover, the employees of our organization are committed to a quality system that makes quality a basic business principle. We aim to attain this objective by ensuring that the quality management principles are effectively used, monitored and reviewed throughout all activities performed by us. Leak Testing
Our organization has an effective leak testing facility and each product is tested for leakage before shipping. The standard method of testing is charging the coil and heat exchanger with dry nitrogen at a minimum of 600 PSIG and placing the coil under water. This process helps in dehydrating the coil. Further more depending on the strength of the products material, higher test pressure can be applied. The cooling coils and condenser can be charged with dry nitrogen at 150 PSIG. A higher degree of non-destructive examinations can provided for Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Oil Cooler, Intercooler, After Cooler, when the severity of the application warrants it. This includes the following: - Ultrasonic testing
- Liquid penetrate testing.

Warehousing & Packaging
Our organization has capacious warehouses that enable us to store the heat transfer products in bulk quantity. We have segregated our warehouse into various sections that enables us to arrange our products in an orderly manner. All the activities in our warehouse are managed by experienced supervisors.
We give prime importance to the packaging of our products and better quality packaging material is used for this purpose. These packaging works are performed by our expert workers.
The various procedures followed to pack our range of products are listed below:
To keep out dust and dirt all coil, heat exchanger openings are covered or plastic capped - To prevent from corrosion, an optional water-soluble or oil-based protective coating is provided to our coil material, before being shrink-wrapped
- We shrink wrap each coil before packaging, depending upon their size and destination
- For additional protection air packs and foam can be provided
- Larger size coils and heat exchanger are packed in custom built wooden boxes before shipping
Moreover, special coil handling, marking, and packaging can also be provided as per client’s requirement. This may include the following:
- Attaching additional client-supplied parts to the coil
- Using special markings or labels
- Coordinating shipment by a special carrier
