Corrugated Tube Heat Exchangers
Adopting latest technologies, we design and supply a range of compact corrugated tube heat exchangers that ensures excellent thermal performance.

Providing augmented turbulence and high heat transfer coefficient at low Reynolds number. Programmed deformation helps our exchangers achieve a higher turbulence, inducing spiral fluid flow and thus excels over conventional smooth tubes/ shell. These are widely in demand for:


  • Highly viscous liquid heating/ cooling

  • Evaporation of liquids(2 phase flow and condensation)

Flow Type Heat Exchangers

Flow Type Heat Exchangers
Designing and developing a précise range of film flow type heat exchangers, we assure heat sensitive, viscous flowing at low flow rate and low pressure is allowed while cooling, heating or evaporating.

We have 2 versions simple and improved possessing individual features of their own. The simple version comprises of falling film exchangers allowing the film flow manner inside the tubes mostly in laminar region using feed distributors thus results into a limited heat transfer coefficient.

The improvised version agitates using the close tolerance rotor or wiper system which results in moderate high heat transfer coefficient. This leads into the area of transfer, homogenous temperature profile and concentration inside the film and improves the quality of the product.

These are specially used for cooling moderately viscous fatty amines and acetic acid solution, recovery of acetic acid and thin film evaporators.

 
 

Induction Reactors

Induction Reactors
We offer a precision engineered range of self gas induction type gas-solid-liquid reactors which are manufactured using high grade raw materials. The general features of our induction reactors include:


  • Self gas inducing type hydrogenator using dual impeller system

  • Creation of vortex due to top axial flow impeller (high solidity ratio hydrofoil impeller) and narrow baffles thus inducing the gas in head space

  • Dispersal of feed gas through sparger and head space gas at the bottom in fine bubble form by hydrofoil impeller installed at the bottom

  • Suitable width baffles in radial flow hydrofoil impeller creates compartmental axial flow achieving uniform solid particles

  • Relative power demand during gassing phase is 85-90% of ungassed power which is similar to the magnitude in solid-liquid mixing being utilized for dispersion of bubbles. Batch time and selectivity is improved consequently.

  • High pumping accomplished due to dual to impeller system

  • Improved heat transfer coefficients due to improved pumping, high dispersion and uniform solid suspension

  • Two impeller system offers better control an mass and heat transfer
