Behind our company’s success is our IN-HOUSE KNOWLEDGE HUB comprising environmental engineers, hydro-geologists, chemists, micro-biologists, design engineers, marketing / advertising professionals and other related professionals. We have close to 100 employees in all our locations put together.  These employees are sufficiently qualified and have been groomed to be specialists in their respective departments.

 

We continuously conduct training programs through in-house experts and reputed external trainers to expand the capabilities of our employees. Method:

The PDCA cycle is designed to be used as a dynamic model for the improvement of a process or system. The completion of one turn of the cycle flows into the beginning of the next. Following in the spirit of continuous quality improvement, the process can always be reanalyzed and a new test of change can begin. This continual cycle of change is represented in the ramp of improvement.

Plan - a change or a test, aimed at improvement.

Do - Carry out the change or test (preferably on a small scale).

Check - Implement the change you decided on in the plan phase.
Check or Study the results. What was learned? What went wrong?

Act - Adopt the change, abandon it, or run through the cycle again.

Development of science and technology is always the eternal subject. All designing procedure will be controlled by ISO 9001: 2008 system.

Standards & Approvals : ISO 9001: 2008

Procedures/Testing Details : Our specialized QC personnel, made up of engineers, technicians, and production staff trained to perform QC tasks, inspect all materials and components are inspected at each stage of production as per specification and all finished products are inspected before and after packaging, and once more before delivery. Our QC and testing equipment is developed in-house through an independent laboratory and each shipment would be equipped with QC report.
