We, Omkar Services, are a preferred service providing organization, engaged in Facade Cleaning (Glass cleaning) and Housekeeping. Our services are widely demanded by offices, hotels and other commercial set ups in Gurgaon and other NCR cities. To ensure rendering of effective and timely services, we have hired a team of diligent workers, who are well trained in working in glass cleaning with the use of advanced spider system and cradle. We have facilitated our workers with imported cleaning material such as Unger glass cleaning kit & tools, Karam's spider kit, and 3M scotch brite, so as to exceed the expectations of our clients. With all the necessary equipment and cleaning material, our cleaning workers and housekeeping agents provide prompt and quality services, and as a result of this, we have been able to garner a rich clientele. We undertake cleaning work on contract basis and ensure that we satisfy our clients completely. Besides our company, we also have two sister concerns in the business, M/s Omkar Hygiene and M/s Niks Enterprises. With their support, we have established a vast client base in the past one year. Terms and ConditionsWe are undertaking Facade cleaning and housekeeping services based on the following terms and conditions: - The cleaning order would be in a written format
- For annual cleaning services, the contract would be between both the parties
- The cleaning material and equipment would be ours
- The cleaning manpower would be provided by us
- We guarantee your satisfaction
- For one time cleaning work, payment would be 50% in advance before start of the cleaning
- For annual cleaning contracts, the payment would be on the 1st of every month
- The payment would be in favor of M/s Omkar Services
- Service taxes apply as extra
- Any discrepancy is subject to the jurisdiction of the governing body of Gurgaon
