| PUF Sandwich Panels OPI has been involved in the manufacturing of Rigid PU core Insulated panels for the Cold Chain Industry since 1995. The proof of the flexibility of OPI Sandwich Panels lies in the numerous installations all over India accomplished in a variety of applications ranging from Modular Cold Rooms, Communication Shelters, Refrigerated warehouses as well as insulated truck bodies and Clean Rooms. Vapour proof barrier or Aluminum Chequered Plate with Marine Ply. Cladding OPI Sandwich Panels are manufactured in standard width by using cladding according to the Clients' needs such as: A)Pre-coated galvanized steel b)Stainless Steel c)Embossed Aluminum sheets The cladding is precisely formed in "U" at the edges to guarantee superior adhesion between the sheet and the Polyurethane foam. The shallow ribs provide an extra strength together with dimensional stability. Thickness & Dimension OPI Sandwich Panels are available in the following standard thicknesses 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm. Panels with thicknesses of over 120mm are also manufactured as per customer need and application. Standard width of Panels is app. 1170 mm, with a maximum length of app. 6000mm. Doors Choice of OPI PU insulated doors is available in a variety of thicknesses and applications. Hinged as well as sliding doors are equipped with standard high quality fittings and accessories, such as safety release handles, gaskets, railings etc. Locking The tongue-n-groove joints extending along the entire length of the Sandwich Panel ensure the jointing. Locking system by means of Cam-locks, which are pre-fitted prior to the foaming, ensures a total weather-proof assembly, thereby increasing the strength and the stability of the final structure. Floor Insulation OPI recommends either PU Boards covered with a Polyethylene sheet as a vapor proof barrier or Aluminum Chequered Plate with Marine Ply. |

PUF Pipe Sections Rigid PU foam cored Pipe sections manufactured and available in standard sizes have excellent thermal insulation properties and make a valuable contribution towards reducing energy consumption in various industries.
OPI PU foam cored Insulated pipe sections and Slabs are manufactured with the help of a dedicated High Pressure equipment using state of art molds and fixtures to consistently yield: ^s
A) Environment friendly CFC-free Polyurethane Foam of desired and uniform density
B) Close ceil content of over 90%
C) Excellent dimensional and thermal insulation properties together with compressive strength this added dimension makes it a tit construction material
OPI offers a wide range of READY TO APPLY Polyurethane foam core Insulated Pipe Sections and Slabs with
Standard Kraft Paper
Aluminum foil
Bituminised Paper
Insulating elements with flexible outer layers such as paper and aluminium foil are used especially for the thermal insulation of various applications such as:
under deck roof and piping insulation for various industries
refrigerated warehousing and coid stores
Cricitical industrial applications where maintaining a consistent temperature is the need of the hour
In certain cases for higher temperature, special poly-isocyanurate pipe sections & slabs may be supplied on request which can withstand temperature upto 140oc.
Note: Technical Sepcifications are as per given table in our product- PUF SHEETS. | |

| PUF Pipe Supports Polyurethane foam is one of the major components of pre-insulated pipe supports. Manufactured at Piping Technology & Products. Polyurethane is different from most plastic materials in that it can be tailored to meet various load requirements of varying applications.
Old techniques of wooden pipe support for the erection of plant & pipe lines are now replaced by puf pipe support.
OPI offers a wide range of puf supports. Normally the density range of puf support is 100 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3. But OPI also offers the density from 100 kg/m3 to 500 kg/m3.
OPI offers the puf supports as per requirement of clients in terms of design.
Insulated pipe supports are designed to prevent direct heat transfer between pipes and their supports. Thus, they reduce heat loss due to conduction at each support. They serve the following purposes:
1. Carry the load and allow necessary movement at each suppose point.
2. Provide insulation in the support area where the regular pipe insulation cannot be installed.
3. Minimize the cost of field installation by reducing installation time.
The supports are not welded to the pipe and each unit is shipped completely assembled (except for the riser supports and anchor supports, both of which require some welding).
Polyurethane is stronger in the direction of foam rise. At Piping Technology and Products, the directional properties of our polyurethane is reduced by overloading the mould used to form the polyurethane. By overloading the mould, we can control the cell structure and provide uniform physical properties. |

PUF Sheets Foam emerged as a material with extremely effective thermal insulation qualities and high strength to weight ratio at low temperatures. These inherent physical characteristic enable it to perform extremely well with other alternatives products
Rigid insulation, minimum 95% closed cells, remains durable for years, no thermal bridges, high mechanical strength. maintains insulation effectively.
Our scarce natural energy resources have compelled us to save energy.
We offer our clients with the high quality puf sheets which are very useful for their thermal insulation purposes. The Puf sheets we offer comes with the following specifications:
| Test | Measured Value | Unit | Standard | | Density | 36(+/-2) | Kg/m3 | DIN 53420 | | Temperature Range | - 110° C to +110° C | | | | Compressive Strength (At 10% Compression) | 1.5 - 2 | Kg/Cm2 | DIN 53421 | | Water absorption (24hrs) | 1.9 | Vol.% | DIN 52615 | | Closed Cells | >90 | % | | | Dimensional Stability (-30°C) (+8O°C) | Max 0.1% to Max 0,2% | | | | Thermal Conductivity AT 10°C | 0,020 to 0.02 | W/M°C | DIN 52612 |
