Here, we ensure that these machines are mounted on MS Platform constructed using AISI– 304 sheet. Further, the construction of Gravity Rinser (30 to 120 BPM) is fabricated using AISI – 304 material that provides in them superior finish value. Further, the fillers as well as all filling valves, main shaft and star shaft are also made up of AISI –316 materials.

Working Process:

 Operation –

Bottle In Feed & Discharge star Wheels:

• Empty plastic bottles transferred through In-feed star wheel to Rinser, Filler and Capper
• These then discharge filled & capped bottles to feed conveyor by Discharged star wheel
• The star wheel designed to match require bottle diameter size and is easy to be assembled as well as adjusted for correct positioning

Rinser:

• Equipped with pliers to hook bottle on neck and then turn it upside-down
• The spray nozzle goes into bottle during rotation so as to assure highest rinsing efficiency of operations

Filler:

• Filling valve equipped with lift cylinders
• Lift cylinders used to lift bottles
• Filling valve opens immediately as soon as its press by bottle mouth

Product Tank:

• Product tank is of single chamber design made up of SS 304
• Ring bowl is equipped with pressure gauge, temperature gauge and mechanical float
• Height adjustment of ring bowl done manually

 Filling Valves:

• Filling valves mounted directly underneath ring bowl
• Being the shortest product path, these are designed for fast filling without turbulence

Capper:

• Caps fed manually to hopper to suit bottle sizes
• Selector will unscramble caps as well as send in one direction to cap chute
• When filled-up bottles pass through under the chute will draw down caps
• Bottles carried to under capping cylinder for capping operations
• Cappers can be adjusted manually for required height

Main Drive:

• Whole machine controlled by single geared motor mounted at bottom of machine with electronic speed variations
• Machines designed and manufactured in line with latest technologies adopted globally

Special Features:

• Oil and grease points that ensure oil and grease reach respective places of machine for smooth operations as well as easy maintenance
• These use Magnetic Capping torque system that is latest technology used globally
• Gun metal / brass used in bearing plates, bushes so as to ensure three times more life than other material used
