We are manufacturing Power Saving, Hum-Free, Step Type Fan Regulator. The traditional fan regulators heat up thereby wasting energy even if fan is operated at slow speed. The usual dimmer type fan regulators alter the form of supply waveform resulting in heating of fan coils & irritating humming noise. Occupancy sensors automatically turns off the lights, fans, air conditioners, computers television sets etc with a pre set time and turns on the appliances automatically when the person returns back.

Occupancy sensors work on Human Motion Sensing principle. They work in the infrared spectrum. The sensor continuously monitors the human motion when a person is present in the room. As soon as he/she leaves the room, the sensor detects no motion and activates a timer which turns off the appliances connected to it if the person does not return in a pre-defined time.

The appliances will now turn on again only when the person returns. The occupancy sensor is very sensitive and is able to detect a human entry instantly, thus turning on the appliances connected to it.

Occupancy sensor can be configured to turn off Air-conditioners also.
Occupancy sensor can be configured to work as a security system also which can alert even a slight moment in a secured area, and cause an alarm to sound.

Occupancy sensors are available in different models like wall mount model and ceiling mount model for use depending on application. They are also available in different wattages.
