Manufacturing Facility
Our concern is situated in Chakan MIDC, Mahalunge which is one of the most sort after five star industrial area. As one can make out, our five star manufacturing place is worth appreciation as we are very well equipped with all forms production facilities. Our concern comprises excellent working environment with highly qualified professionals. For efficient production we are using standardized raw material such as ferrous and non ferrous alloys. We are also planning to introduce material testing and heat treatment facilities in our production unit.


Our Production Capacity
We consist of the following workshops with the machines produced and their respective installed capacity:

Forge shop:
  • Hammer: 2 tons
  • power press-'H' type: 300 tons
  • Oiled-Fired Furnace:400 kg/hr
  • Air compressor: 8 Bar compressing pressure


Cutting shop:
  • Bandsaw machines: 170 mm diameter
  • Shearing machine: max cutting diameter of 90 mm


Die shop:
  • Centre lathe: 12 feet length
  • Milling machine:3 feet * 7 feet bed size
  • Drilling machine: 11/4'
  • Shaping machine: 1 feet*4 feet bed size
  • Flexible grinder: 20 mm diameter


Finishing shop:
  • Shot blasting machine: 900 kg per batch
  • Pedestral grinder: 400 mm diameter
  • Flexible shaft grinder: 30 mm diameter


Material handling equipment:
  • Overhead crane: 10 MT SGEOT crane
  • Pallet lifting hoist: 5 tons capacity


Quality Check
Accompanied with superior manufacturing facilities, we always make sure our quality factor is not left behind. Our concern performs various tests to ensure the fine quality of the product. Following are the tests, which are carried so as to assure the quality of the product:
