OMTEX silicone emulsions are excellent general purpose mould release agents. The unique properties of poly dimethyl siloxane and versatility of the formulation has enabled silicone emulsions to be further used as polished ingredients, lubricants and water repellents. Omtex produces various grades of silicone emulsions using non-ionic emulsifiers with active contents varying from 15% to 60%. Tailor made formulations for the customers are also undertaken as the case may be.

A wide range of polydi-methyl siloxane antifoam emulsions are used for aqueous systems in a variety of industrial
applications. These oils in water emulsions allows improved dispersion in the foaming systems and are available in varying concentrations and regulatory needs. Our products range includes alkaline stable and acid stable antifoams. Products are also made as per the customer's specifications.

A wide range of silicone antifoams are used in a variety of industrial applications, generally in non aqueous applications. These highly efficient antifoams are generally composed of a silicone fluid and silica.

Omtex non silicone antifoams are based on mineral oil formulations. They are available in 100% active state and as well
as emulsions. These products has been specially formulated to offer the user with excellent foam control and eliminate problems sometimes caused by silicone antifoams.

Omtex powder antifoam consists of a silicone antifoam absorbed on an inert powder which then remains in a free
flowing powder form. This is readily compounded with other powdered formulations to give foam control when the
material is dispersed in water. These products find their application's in detergent, agricultural, pesticide etc
industries.

Omtex thread lubricants are available as emulsions and are non aqueous products. The products are a formulation of different viscosities of dimethyl silicone fluids and petroleum lubricants.

the fabric.

Omtex hydrophilic amino fluids are specially manufactured products that are used to meet the fine balance of softness and water absorbency in the fabric. Varying types of finishes can be developed by the able formulator to produce novel
finishes.

Omtex water repellents are used to impart a colourless water repellent surface finish to mineral construction material without reducing water vapour permeability.
