OMTEX’s team has developed new processes and custom built equipment for making emulsions, specializing in the manufacture of high quality silicone fluid emulsion, water repellent emulsion, water cleaning emulsion and textile finishing emulsion where the active ingredient is any of a wide range of fluids. This allows emulsification of extremely high viscosity methyl end blocked dimethyl silicone fluids. Silicone emulsions are used in a wide range of industrial and consumer products such as, release agents for rubber and plastic, hot metal lubricants and coatings. The specialized equipment also allows custom emulsification of fluids or oils using your emulsifier packages. Tailor made silicone emulsions with various active content too are manufactured.
