A group of gas cylinders are interconnected by high pressure piping to form a single gas storage unit and are called a cascade. The cylinder cascade may contain from 6 to 600 gas cylinders.Widely used in various industries such as automotive, the primal benefit of the product is that it avoids individual handling of cylinders and adequate gas quantity resulting in better production planning and cost savings to the user. Gas Manifolds: We offer qualitative gas manifolds that are used to connect two or more high pressure cylinders together to achieve high flow rates or extra storage capacity. The products may be arranged in different configurations depending on flor space availability. Downstream Pressure Control Valves Downstream pressure control valve are pressure reducing valves which combine sensitivity with stability of the controlled pressure. These valves can react to very small changes in controlled pressure. Due to the pressure loaded design, differential pressure across the main valve diaphragm is minimum. These are essentially a modified version of manifold system where more than 2 cylinders are required to be used with one instrument. Our range can be used all at a time or one at a time by only opening & closing a valve which in turns simplifies the operation & in turn also improves the life of the regulators. Pressure Reducing System Our organization is engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of pressure reducing system also known as hydrogen unloading / pressure reducing stations, which are ideal for specific process requirement, right from pigtail and manifold to connect cylinders / truck trolley, auto manifold change over pressure reducing station, safety shut off, safety interlocks and flow measurement supplied as complete skid mounted ready to use unit. These pressure reducing systems are supplied for flows as high as 4000 nm³/hr and are known for its simple design and easy to maintain components. These onus manufactured hydrogen stations are the safest method of hydrogen consumption as it has built - in safety shut off arrangement with 100% redundant safety measures. We can also provide additional safety interlocks as per process requirements and also provide provision of nitrogen purging for safe operation.
