Our company is engaged in fabricating a wide range of superior quality Hydrocarbon Traps, which is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as well as fuel gases, mainly for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID as these have a very large surface area & pore diameter to adsorb large size hydrocarbon molecules.

We design a wide range of quality Manifold Systems, which is known for their durable and high performance features. Our range of manifold systems is supplied in Brass and S.S. with proper mounting, which makes re- connection of cylinders a simpler task. These are mainly used in when the consumption of Gas is large & replacement of the cylinders is frequent and it only requires one regulator per manifold irrespective of number of cylinders.

We offer clients a wide range of Mini Gas Station, which is generally used the sponge iron, pesticide, fertilizer, lighting industries and gas plants. Basically, a gas purification system is used to cater the need for a number of gas chromatographs. In this process, to make each gas chromatograph operationally independent, one has to use a mini gas station with each gas chromatograph with on/off valve for each gas. These mini gas stations are normally fitted on the wall or the instrument table from where the gas purification panel is visible to indicate the gas inlet & the delivery pressure to the instrument.

We manufacture and supply Moisture Traps, which are used for removing moisture from the carrier gas and our range is available in different sizes to suite clients’ specific requirements. We make use of silica gel which is of indicating type changing its color from blue to pink on use, having high moisture capacity. These molecular sieves are of spherical shape, yielding high mechanical strength & low dusting and cater to diverse industrial requirements. These are appreciated by our clients for their high performance and sturdy construction.

We are offering a wide range of Oxytraps, which is used for removal of oxygen from gases and takes place only with the help of catalytic type of materials, which also work only under specific operating conditions. Our team of experts uses pre-treated catalyst which can be regenerated & has comparatively better activity under normal working conditions. We supply our range of oxytraps with indicating or non- indicating type of catalyst as per the client requirements.

Precision engineered, our range of Selector Boxes is widely renowned for its high end features such as trouble free performance, low maintenance and corrosion resistance. The selector box offered by us consists of a panel incorporating gas controls & purification traps for 4 gases in a unit, viz. nitrogen helium, hydrogen & zero air which uses a special gas sampling valve which takes care of leakage problems especially faced while using helium.
