CONSTRUCTION : - All parts of Water Still are made out of stainless steel. It comprises of main chamber, condenser tube, condenser jacket, vapour baffle and constant level arrangement.

Splashing of water delivery tube is avoided by superior design of vapour baffle. The lid rests in ensures minimum (negligible) loss of steam.

The condenser tube can be dismantled easily by removing the wing nuts which hold the condenser and jacket together.

Heaters are of immersion type and are capable of displacing the connectors, if the still runs dry. However to ensure long service special care should be taken to avoid the still running dry as the protective arrangement cannot be expected to last normally beyond three operations.

The Still is provided with bracket (to be fixed on wall) on which the still can rest.

The Digital Dissulation Rate Test Appratus is designed & manufactured for pharmaceutical industry in Quality Control & R & D to determine compliance with the dissolution requirements of the Tablet & Capsule as per USP/BP/IP standard.

The Digital Temp. Controller/Indicator is normally set at 37ºC with digital display. It can be adjusted for other setting with an accuracy of better than ± 0.5ºC.

The acrylic water bath is duly fitted with pump which recirculates the water thus maintaining homogeneous temperature. The digital timer can be set ranging from 1 to 999 minutes add it "BEEPS" at the end of the set time.

The equipment is duly fitted with motorized lifting to facilitate easy operation of the stirrers' assembly.

B.O.D. Incubator is the most versatile low temperature indicator for Biochemical Oxygen Demand determination .Castor wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber of stainless steel and outer casing of M.S. sheet duly painted. The gap of 75mm between the outer and the inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. Tripple walled back of the unit is fitted with two air circulation fans for maintaining the temperature uniformally throughout the chamber. Heating elements of nicrome wire are placed in the air path and are duly insulated from the body. The inner chamber is ribbed for placement of shelves at desired heights. full view inner glass door permites inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door. Unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber. The temperature range from 5ºC to 50ºC is controlled by Digital Temperature Controller cum Indicator. Refrigeration unit is formed by hermetically sealed ISI marked Shriram make compressor and the cooling coil are distributed all round the chamber and lie in the air circulation path. Laboratory fume hoods are one of the most important components used to protect laboratory personnel from exposure to hazardous chemicals and agents used in the laboratory. When used properly, they can provide an effective backup safety device for the containment and exhaust of toxic, offensive or flammable materials when the containment of an experiment or procedure fails and vapors or dust escape from the apparatus being used.

The Cabinet is made of Wooden Body / M.S Duly Powder Coated /Stainless Steel (304). Interiors Coated with Asbestos / Lead sheets and further coated with fire proof epoxy paint.

Working table upto 2 feet is covered is with glazed ceramic Acid Resistant tiles. Working table is coverd with Granite/ Tiles S.S.304.

Front door is made of 6mm clear glass in laminated teakwood frame and connected with a counter weight balance through a nylon rope. The door will have the provision of vertical sliding facility.

Exhaust blower consists of single phase motor, directly connected with a PVC Exhaust blower consists of single phase motor, directly connected with a PVC impeller and enclosed in a epoxy coated MS casing. the rating, speed & capacity of the Blower sill be designed on the basis of the SIZE & VOLUME of the FUME HOOD.

The exhaust assembly can be of build-in-type or external mount type. The blower assembly will directly be connected with suitable exhaust ducting, which is made of PVC pipes with suitable bend & joints and rain guard.
