Optiwave Photonics was started in 2001 with the aim to be a leading provider, of optoelectronic devices & systems for the communications and defense markets, through focused research.
Our product portfolio includes optical power meters, laser sources, variable attenuators, laser controllers, solid-state coolers and optical amplifiers. Our test & measurement products are approved by Dept. of Telecommunications, Govt. of India leading to us being the largest suppliers of these products to public sector telecom providers. Our product functionality and reliability combined with technical support has earned us our customer's confidence. Happenings / News / Press CoverageOptiwave Photonics Ltd. announced the availability of its optical amplifier for optical telecommunication and CATV community. The amplifier, with gain more than 30dB and output power up to 20dBm, comes in a standard 19’ rack mountable package. It is designed for effortless integration into optical networks, The unit comes with an RS232 and an optional Ethernet interface. This cost effective system operates in C band and is designed for single channel SONET/SDH and FTTH system applications.
