The purpose of the cassette in feed device is to in feed the tubes into the tube holder. the system consists of two cassettes where in about 200 tubes can be filled at a time, the tubes are then fed into the tube holders one by one, with the help of pneumatic cylinders. the entire operation is fully automatic requiring a person only to load tubes into the cassettes. the entire operation is controlled by a solid state electronic controller.

The purpose of the tube orientation device is to turn the tube so that the printing is in the right position in relation to the fold. A proximity switch attached to the shaft of the machine sends a signal to the stepper motor to start rotating the tubes, with the help of cones.
