Established in the year 2000, at Vadodara, Gujarat, we “Orbit Master Batches Pvt Ltd”, are engaged in manufacturing and exporting color concentrates, additive master batches, pp master batches and specialty compounds. Our range include white masterbatch, color masterbatch, SLIP agent masterbatch, nucleating agent masterbatch, anti block masterbatch, optical brightener masterbatch, UV masterbatch, anti-static masterbatch, antioxidant masterbatch, purge masterbatch and black masterbatch.

In addition, we have 500 shades in our color lab and can also be customized in different shades as per the demands of the client.


Apart from this, we also have our own technical and analytical laboratory facility at Baroda. This helps us in production of industry standard stock color and additive master batches, which are useful to manufacture polyethylene film. Muffle furnace : Used to monitor the ash content of master batch sample

Injection molding machines : Used to throughly check the thermal stability of pigments that are to be incorporated in master batches

Universal air oven : To analyze the moisture content of the resin/master batch

Color matching cabinet : Helps in assessment of the product's color in various light conditions

Color spectrophotometer : To check the color, shade and the extent of pigment dispersion in the resin with microprocessor precision, which ensures production of accurate master batches

Laboratory model blown film extruder : Used to facilitate the testing of master batch under simulated operating conditions

Injection molding machine : To generate test sample chips from a new master batch with the same specifications given by the clients

Apart from this, we also use lab cast film extruder, roll mill, compression molding machine and a laboratory kneader extruder pelletizer, which ensures production of high quality master batches for the end users.
