Impregnator DX, is a clear solvent based coating, unlike plaster paint, it is a non-film forming material that will penetrate the surface and bond chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of repellent molecule. It impregnates the building and protects from seepage,dampness and corrosion by reacting with substrate and making it fully water repellent.Impregentor DX is colorless and result, it will not discolor or change the substrate's surface appearance in anyway.
                  
By reducing the amunt of water entering the substrate, Impregnator DX reduces the intrusion of water-carrying contaminants such as salt and dirt, and consequently reduces deteriorating effect such ascribe corrosion, spelling, scaling, efflorescence, leaching and staining.

Application:

Impregnator DX is most suitable for newly plastered building/construction. Concrete, rapid wall panel, masonry and brick, sand cement render, fresh plaster and works as a hydrophobic sealer for new concrete. Apply straight from the drum without thinning, by brush, spray, roller or swabbing. apply liberal amounts of Impregnator dx so as to completely saturate the surface by penetrating the pores in the sub-state. inspect the surface once dry for any matt or missed spots, these  spot should be re-coated to obtain optimum performance and ensure the entire area is completely impregnated.

NOTE: On pre painted areas apply Impregnator DX in a small area and check for compatibility.
