Industrial Dyes

We are engaged in offering Vat Dyes, which are formulated using premium quality ingredients and advanced technology. These dyes are applied to the substrate in reduced and soluble form. Further, these are then oxidize to the original insoluble pigment. Owing to their excellent insolubility in water, these dyes are directly used for dyeing fibers. Furthermore, to produce water soluble alkali metal salt of the dye, alkaline liquor is reduced. These dyes are used for textile fiber in the leuco form. The vat dyes are provided in their original insoluble form by successive oxidation. In order to make these dyes soluble, reducing agents are added to the the dyes. For example, reducing agents are added to Indigo dyes to make these soluble. These dyes are used to color cotton, woolen and other fabrics.
