We manufacture superior grade Stone Ware Pipes (Salt Glazed) that offer unmatched chemical resistance, mechanical strength ,hydraulic strength and hardness. These pipes are available in an internal diameter of 100mm to 800mm and length varying from 60cm to 100cm.

There has been a significant change in the composition of domestic sewage over the past decade. This is due to increasing chemical composition in industrial discharge, use of chemicals in households and change in the eating habits of individuals. The Stone Ware Pipes manufactured by us ensure that there is no corrosion in the pipes due to an increasing chemical composition in waste water discharge. Some of the main reasons that cause pipeline corrosion are as follows:

• Sewage concentration

• Sulphate concentration

• Sewage temperature

• pH Value of sewage

• Presence of turbulence and high velocities M

• Presence of organic solvents

• Sanitary sewage is a mixture of sulphate, bacteria and organic matter. The bacteria can convert the sulphate ion into sulphides, which is a major source of corrosion.

We follow a systematic manufacturing process to ensure superior quality of our stone ware pipes. The main resource used in our manufacturing process is a down draft kiln, which utilizes coal to produce temperatures in the range of 1100⁰C to 1600⁰C. Such high temperatures enhance the durability of the pipes and ensure unmatched strength.

We use high quality raw material in our manufacturing process including plastic clay quartz, dolomite and metallic oxides. Then they are processed in auger machines and then in the vacuum chamber where the air is sucked out. The next step is to extrude out the socket and then the pipe barrel, after which the pipes are dried by extracting out the excess water. The pipes are then baked in a kiln at a temperature of 1600*C to form a completely new material through sintering. The unique feature of our stone ware pipe is that after glazing during the firing process, chipping will not occur due to external water or steam pressure. This makes these glaze coated piped more durable and corrosion resistant.

The stone ware pipes manufactured by us have hydraulic & crushing strength and absorb very little water. This makes them resistant to all types of alkali & acids except hydrofluoric acid. Due to these properties, the stone ware pipes offer a working life of 80 – 100 years, as compared to 20 years of PVC pipes .
