offer rubber sheeting for wear resistant and industrial applications.

Conveyor
Belt
We manufacture high quality conveyor belts up to 2000 mm width and break
strengths exceeding 2000 KN/M. Our belts comply with the BIS, ISO, DIN, RMA,
BS& JIS standards. Our high response R&D team is capable of
developing belts especially suited for customer specific applications.
Our product range comprises of the following Standard Belts
General Purpose Belts with Abrasion Resistant covers for carrying sharp /
bulky material at high speeds. We recommend our HAR (High Abrasion
Resistant) and SAR(Super Abrasion Resistant) covers for extremely abrasive
conditions.

Heat Resistant Belts made from
specially compounded elastomers for conveying hot materials are
available in three temperature grades. |

Resistant Belts |
Fire Resistant Belts with antistatic
properties are ideally suited for transportation in fire hazard
applications. These belts are made to comply with the CSA / ISO / DIN /
IS standards for Fire Resistant conveyor belts. |

To cater from medium to high oil resistance and for
carrying oily food materials. |

Hygienic Belts used in the food
processing industry are manufactured with FDA approved polymers. These

resistant' cover grades. We also manufacture belts for specialised
applications such as Pipe Conveyor, Bareback / Flat belts, Sidewall,
Elevator, Anti-stick and Antistatic belts as well as belts with
combination of properties like FR-HR, FR-OR, HR-OR etc. |

Oriental has followed a policy of procuring machinery and equipment from
international leaders. Our strength lies in our strong infrastructure, which
enables us to maintain competitive advantage and set industry standards.
In order to be a truly world class manufacturer, we have installed multiple
production lines. We have a PLC Operated Werner + Pfleiderer internal mixer
and a second line from Kobe. With a variable drive controlled automatic
Batch Off Unit, we have the largest, dedicated mixing facility among fabric
reinforced belt manufacturers in the country.
We raised the standards of belt manufacturing to a new level with our
Siempelkamp Press.With our additions in vulcanising capacity, we now have
multiple production streams. This has given us the cutting edge of offering
a diverse product range with quick turn around cycles.
A strong infrastructural backbone has helped us withstand challenges and
grow even in times of intense competition.
A covered area of 12000 M2 and a scientifically designed plant layout
allows usto achieve high levels of production with ease. A well-lit and
ventilated shop floor with good material handling facilities goes to provide
a congenial work environment.

strength. A well-equipped laboratory capable of carrying out tests as per
international test standards ensures our commitment to global excellence.
Our testing facilities include world-class equipments from Zwick, Shimadzu,
Wallace and we employ a Computerised 10T Tensile testing machine for dynamic
testing and a Rheometer for online monitoring of rubber compounds. Today,
kilometres of Oriental conveyor belts are conveying quality around the
world.
