	We have revolutionized the concepts of ceramic floor tiles production. Our specially designed tiles, which are very near to nature tiles, are used for any interior decoration. We follow stringent quality control policies, which are at par with the international standards ensuring the quality of our products to meet the standards of porcelain tiles. Highlights of products The joint free porcelain floor tiles and ceramic tiles offered by us are available in various textures, colours, patterns etc. These specifications can be customized as per the preference of our clients. We can provide tiles in various lengths and widths to suit specific purposes. The edges of tiles are dressed either by hand dressed or machine cut. Apart from the single colored tiles, we also provide tiles with several colour effects like shaded, sprinkles, etc. These tiles can be available in glazed, unglazed, matte and polished finish. les

Our products are certified with high standard of E.N.-159 BILL and Indian Standards, IS 13753.


	Infrastructure Our production facility is capable of producing bulk production demands of clients. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with latest imported machines. These state-of-art machines are imported from beat Italian firms namely SACMI, TECNOFERRARI, KEXINDA and others. We maintain a well integrated manufacturing facility with machinery such as Spray Dryer, Kiln, Press, Printing Machines, Ball Mill, Loading and Unloading Machinery etc. Our plant is fully computerized and always connected online with SACMI and TECNOFERRARI in order to check the quality control, maintenance and fault finding. Using superior quality raw materials and latest technologies incorporated machines, we are at a verge to become market leader.


	Team At our production unit, we have a team of 150 to 200 experienced and efficient professionals. The team works in close co-operation to serve our clients with quality products. We always work-hard to produce premium class products. Our team consists of well-versed professionals such as ceramic engineer, electric & mechanical engineers, technicians, managers, administration, legal staff etc. Our working efficiency further increases with the division of labor for different professionals. We have successfully met the desired production requirements for our clients within time.


	R & D We also have an in-house R & D department, which are regularly working to improve the efficiency of our products. The department is always trying hard to improve the design & functional aspects of our range of porcelain floor tiles. The department also ensures to improvise our manufacturing facility as per new technology so that, apart from the durability, the products also become cost-effective.


	Warehousing and Packaging We also have a capacious warehouse well furnished with all facilities. There is a team to look after the warehousing management. Those products that have passed through quality check are stored at our warehouse. Our warehouse management systems are splendid and successfully control the storage and movements the goods. Ceramic tiles can easily get damaged. Though our range of products is durable and strain withstanding, still we take utmost precautions while packaging. We use best packaging materials & techniques for safe transit both in India and overseas. We use various packaging methods to protect the goods from any damage. The packaging is generally done using thermocol boxes, wooden boxes, corrugated papers etc.


	Transportation Our manufacturing unit is strategically located facilitating the best transporting to deliver our products overseas or homeland. The nearest airport to our factory is Rajkot airport just 65 km away. The nearest railway station to our production facilities is Wankaner railway station located just 34 km away. The Arabian Sea is very nearer to our factory as Kandla port is situated just 165 km away. The connectivity with national highways further adds advantage and enables us to access the market quickly
