About Us

Orpak Systems India Private Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orpak Systems Ltd. It was established as Project office in 2006 to execute a major Retail Automation project for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd covering 278 retail outlets spread across 9 states of East and South India. Subsequently, it was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary in May 2009.

Currently, besides project execution, Orpak India provides on-site as well as level 1 technical support for HPCL’s 278 installations across South & East India as well as level 2 technical support to IOCL’s 1178 installations. Orpak’s interests in India have been in the downstream sector of the Oil & Gas industry with specific solutions conceptualized and designed for the Indian market. Some of these solutions include RFID based Cylinder Tracking, RFID Seals for Tanker Trucks, CNG Cylinder Identification & Dispenser Control. Apart from this Orpak India operates as a technical bench for Global Orpak projects.

Orpak India office is located at Pune, Maharashtra. It houses a technical lab which is used for new product testing, training and repair of faulty equipment. The same lab is also offered to OEM’s for integrated testing of their devices/equipments with the Orpak automation system. Also located out of the same office is a centralized Helpdesk for the Fix-On-Phone & Remote-Fix methodology that we follow for the quickest response to a geographically wide-spread installed base.
