The operations of Orscheln Products L.L.C., an ISO 9001 certified facility, are located in Moberly, Missouri and housed in a 134,000 square foot facility.
In the late 1990's, Orscheln acquired 3 cable control manufacturers and merged the product lines with the Orscheln park brake levers and brake cables: Richland Products of Lexington, Ohio, Felsted Products of Holmesville, Ohio, and the ACCO Industrial Products of Milan, TN.
Today the product lines can be divided into 4 key capabilities:

* SHIFT SYSTEMS FOR HD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS
* FLUID LEVEL INDICATOR SYSTEMS
* ENGINE THROTTLE CONTROLS: MECHANICAL & ELECTRONIC
Manufactured products include various types of cable assemblies and systems, electronic foot pedals, verniers, and shifters. Orschlen Products also manages a global network of distributors for F.A.S.T. (Felsted Assembled System Technology) products.
Orscheln-Europe LLC, also an ISO 9001 facility, is located in a 8,000 square foot plant in Rugby, England. The Europe operations are extensions of similar domestic business and primarily serve the Western European marketplace.
Qualico Precision Products LLC is located in a 42,000 square foot plant in Moberly, Missouri. Qualico, an ISO 9001 certified facility, specializing in the production of precision screw machine components, utilizing multi-spindle or single-spindle equipment, and offering various secondary operations depending on material and part complexity. Qualico also possesses in-house plating capabilities for over twenty different types of plating and coating processes that compliment its screw machine business.
Orscheln Remsons Technologies PVT LTD was formed in October 2007 between Orscheln Products L.L.C. Moberly, MO USA, and Remsons Industries, Mumbia, India. The new JV was established to manufacture and market Orschelns products in India and other regions. The new facility in Daman, opening in mid-2008, will initially focus on Fluid Level Indicators (aka dipsticks) assemblies, push pull cables, and the F.A.S.T. cable assembly program for distributors. |
